As a set of 40 editions, "Orcas" is a photo taken out on the Puget Sound in Washington State of the Southern Resident J-Pod which has recently returned to the area. Photographed digitally and altered to be turned into a negative, then contact printed as a cyanotype, the deep blue print draws from the oceanic atmosphere, giving the orcas a particularly magical look.
